G2G Advisory Limited provides educational and career-preparation services designed to support professionals and graduates in developing the knowledge and skills required for roles in investment banking, private equity, and related corporate finance functions. Our services include:

• One-to-one mentoring and guidance from industry professionals
• Practical case study analysis and deal-sourcing exercises

4. Eligibility and Enrolment

To enrol on G2G Advisory Limited courses, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or over
• Have the authority to enter into these Terms of Business
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Accept these Terms of Business in full

G2G Advisory Limited reserves the right to refuse enrolment or to terminate your access to our services at any time, at our sole discretion, if we reasonably believe that you have not met these eligibility requirements or have breached these Terms of Business.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Course fees are displayed on our website at the time of enrolment. All fees are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment must be made in full prior to course commencement unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing.

G2G Advisory Limited accepts payment by debit card, credit card, and bank transfer. Your payment details are processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Invoices and payment receipts will be provided by email. G2G Advisory Limited is not registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) and does not charge VAT on our services.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your enrolment within 14 calendar days of purchase without providing a reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period."

To cancel within the cooling-off period, you must notify G2G Advisory Limited in writing to admin@g2gadvisory.co.uk with the subject line "Cancellation Request." Your notification must include your full name, order number, and date of purchase.

If you cancel within the cooling-off period, we will refund your course fee in full within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

After the cooling-off period has expired (14 days after enrolment), no refunds will be provided, except where we have failed to provide the services as described or where you are entitled to cancellation rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law.

If you have accessed course materials, downloaded resources, or participated in mentoring sessions, you will not be entitled to a refund, as the educational services have been provided in full.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, modules, mentoring notes, resources, and content provided by G2G Advisory Limited remain the exclusive property of G2G Advisory Limited and are protected by copyright.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for your personal, educational purposes and for the duration of your enrolment. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, transmit, or otherwise exploit any course materials without prior written consent from G2G Advisory Limited.

You may not share course access credentials, login details, or enrolled status with any third party. Unauthorised sharing or reproduction of course materials may result in immediate termination of your enrolment and may expose you to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

G2G Advisory Limited provides educational services only and does not guarantee employment, job placement, or career advancement. Your success in securing employment or career progression is dependent on numerous factors beyond our control, including your own effort, market conditions, employer decisions, and other external circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G2G Advisory Limited will not be liable for:

• Any loss of income, employment opportunities, or career advancement arising from your participation in our courses
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Any claim arising from your use or reliance on our educational materials

Our total liability in relation to any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Business is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

We will treat your personal information and enrolment details in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Course materials and mentoring discussions are confidential and must not be shared with third parties without written consent from G2G Advisory Limited.

During mentoring sessions or coursework, you may share sensitive professional or personal information. You agree that G2G Advisory Limited may use de-identified feedback and insights to improve our services, but we will not identify you individually or share identifying details without your consent.

10. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our courses and services only for lawful, educational purposes
• Not engage in any behaviour that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or illegal
• Respect the intellectual property rights of G2G Advisory Limited
• Provide accurate information during enrolment and keep your account details up to date
• Protect your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Comply fully with these Terms of Business and all applicable laws

11. Suspension and Termination

G2G Advisory Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our courses and services immediately, without notice or liability, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any material term of these Terms of Business
• You have engaged in illegal, abusive, or harassing behaviour
• You have infringed our intellectual property rights
• Your continued participation poses a risk to other users or to our services

Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of our services and delete any downloaded materials.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Both you and G2G Advisory Limited agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

G2G Advisory Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms of Business at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Business.

For material changes, we will provide you with notice via email or prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree to the revised Terms of Business, you must cancel your enrolment and cease using our services.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Business, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and G2G Advisory Limited concerning your use of our services and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements.
